From the back of the City Hall (5 minute walk) ...
Proceed along Howard Street in the direction of Grosvenor Road, Europa Hotel, Europa Bus Centre/Great Victoria Street Train Station. Great Victoria Street is third on the left. Andras House is on the left hand side of the street, past Amelia Street, in the same block as the Red Panda and Bourbon Restaurants. The Parents Helpline is on the 1st Floor of Andras House with Head Office situated on the 2nd Floor. These floors can be accessed via a lift.
From Europa Bus Centre/Train Station (5 minute walk) ...
Leave the Europa Bus Centre at the Great Northern Mall (Great Victoria Street) exit. Cross the road at the traffic lights outside the Europa Hotel. Turn right after crossing the road, pass Amelia Street (the Crown Bar is on this corner). Andras House is on the left in the same block as the Red Panda and Bourbon Restaurants. The Parents Helpline is on the 1st Floor of Andras House with Head Office situated on the 2nd Floor. These floors can be accessed via a lift.

Arriving at the bus station in Foyle Street (10 minute walk) ...
As you exit the bus station, turn right and walk towards the Guildhall. Keeping the Guildhall on your right hand side, walk through Guildhall Square (look for SuperValu on your right), and walk straight on through a pedestrian area. The first street on your left is Sackville Street. The next one on the left is Great James Street. The third street on your left is Patrick Street. Turn left here, and walk up Patrick Street. Parents Advice Centre's offices are on the right hand side.
