Ballymena

Parents Advice Centre's (PAC) office is directly opposite Wellington Street Church, and is half way between the Bandstand and the Post Office (between Angela’s Antique Shop and the Progressive Building Society).
You can park in either The Tower Centre's or Tesco’s car parks.
From The Tower Centre ... you exit into Wellington Street (door at the Food Court), cross at the Zebra Crossing, and turn left. You pass the Post Office and should be able to see our sign.
From Tesco’s ... you walk through Meeting House Lane, cross Church Street, and go straight through Wellington Court. McKillen’s Shoe Shop is on the right. As you exit onto Wellington Street, turn right past the Post Office.

Floor 4, Franklin House, 12 Brunswick Street, Belfast BT2 7GE
From the back of the City Hall (5 minute walk) ...
Proceed along Howard Street in the direction of Great Victoria Street. Brunswick Street is second on the left. Franklin House is on the left hand side of the street, in the same block as Irene and Nans Pub, Hair Traffic, and Surf Mountain. Parents Advice Centre is on the 4th Floor of Franklin House. This can be accessed via a lift.
From Europa Bus Centre/Train Station (5 minute walk) ...
Leave the Europa Bus Centre at the Great Northern Mall (Great Victoria Street) exit. Cross the road at the traffic lights outside the Europa Hotel. Turn right after crossing the road, then take an immediate left into Amelia Street (the Crown Bar is on this corner). This will bring you into Blackstaff Square. Franklin House is diagonally opposite you - in the same block as Surf Mountain, Hair Traffic, and Irene and Nan's Pub. Parents Advice Centre is on the 4th Floor of Franklin House. This can be accessed via a lift.

Arriving at the bus station in Foyle Street (10 minute walk) ...
As you exit the bus station, turn right and walk towards the Guildhall. Keeping the Guildhall on your right hand side, walk through Guildhall Square (look for SuperValu on your right), and walk straight on through a pedestrian area. The first street on your left is Sackville Street. The next one on the left is Great James Street. The third street on your left is Patrick Street, and the fourth is Clarendon Street - the Sandwich Company is on the corner. Turn left here, and walk up Clarendon Street (which is a steep hill). Parents Advice Centre's offices are near the top of the street on the left hand side.

From the Bus Station (8 minute walk or phone a taxi from the station. The phone is linked to a taxi depot) ...
Exit the Bus Station, turn right, and walk straight up through the traffic lights into Lower Scotch Street/Scotch Street. This will bring you to Market Square. Walk straight ahead past Menarys shop, cross over Thomas Street (Library on the left), and the next left turn at the Cancer Research Shop is Feenys Lane. The Parents Advice Centre office is the first two units on the left.
Driving ... If driving, make your way to Dungannon Market Square. Go to the top of the square and turn left at the Cancer Research Shop into Feeneys Lane. Parents Advice Centre is the first two units on Feenys Lane. There is a Pay and Display Car Park opposite our office.
