What do I do if the Helpline is closed?

There may be times when you can’t get through to Parents Helpline Freephone and you get connected to a voicemail service instead. This could be because it is outside our Parents Helpline Freephone hours of operation.

If this happens, please leave a message with your name (a first name will do) and how / when to contact you (telephone number) and someone will get back to you as quickly as possible.

If you are trying to get in touch with us outside our opening hours, you might wish to submit your query by email. Click here to access the online request form.
