You can contact Parents Helpline by telephone, appointment, email or letter. All of our services are confidential.

This is a free service, open to individuals who want support and guidance over the phone. Appointments in a branch or outreach site can be made by calling the Freephone number. Professionals working with a parent can also call for information and support. This service is available:

Monday to Thursday from 9am to 8pm
Friday from 9am to 5pm
