How do I contact the Helpline?

This is a free service, open to individuals who want support and guidance over the phone. Professionals working with a parent can also call for information and advice. This service is available on:
- Tuesday and Thursday from 9am to 9pm
- Monday and Wednesday from 9am to 4pm; 7pm to 9pm
- Friday from 9am to 5.00pm
Alternatively, you can contact the Helpline branch closest to you (Ballymena, Belfast, Derry and Dungannon) on their local number. However, please note that not all of the branches are open for all of the specified periods, and that these local numbers will incur standard telephone charges.
Appointment / Drop-in
Our face-to-face service is free, and is available from Monday to Friday. You can either contact the branch nearest you to make an appointment or, alternatively, drop-in to speak to one of our Helpline Volunteers. However, please note that not all of the branches are open for all of the periods specified above; please click here for each branches individual opening hours.
You can email the Helpline and one of our volunteers or members of staff will respond to your request within five working days. Click here and use the form to outline the type of support that you require.
Letter
You can write to us at any of our branches about your concerns or query. We aim to respond to written enquiries within five working days.
