How often can I call?
You can contact the Parents Advice Centre (PAC) Helpline as often as you need to. On each occasion, you can take as much (or as little) time as you want to discuss your concerns.
Some callers only contact us once, and are able to get the support that they require. Others may wish to arrange a follow-up call or to visit one of our branches for an appointment.
PAC recognises that further complications, or new issues, can arise in the future. Therefore, we welcome subsequent contact with callers.
