How often can I call?
You can contact Parents Helpline as often as you need to. On each occasion, you can take as much (or as little) time as you want to discuss your concerns.
Some clients only contact us once and are able to get the support that they require. Others may wish to arrange a follow-up call or visit one of our branches or outreach venues for an appointment.
Parents Helpline recognises that further complications, or new issues, can arise in the future. Therefore, we welcome subsequent contact with clients.
