Who will I talk to?

When you contact Parents Advice Centre's (PAC) Helpline (by phone, appointment, drop-in, email or letter), you will talk to someone from our team of staff and volunteers.

This team is comprised of men and women, from a diverse range of backgrounds, who have substantial experience of parenting and/or family work.

All members of the team are fully trained, and their work is closely supervised, to ensure that a quality service is provided to callers.
