Who will I talk to?

When you contact Parents Helpline (by phone, appointment, email or letter), you will talk to someone from our team of staff and volunteers.

This team is comprised of men and women, from a diverse range of backgrounds, who have substantial experience of parenting and/or family work.

All members of the team are fully trained, and their work is closely supervised, to ensure that a quality service is provided to clients.
