Applicants will also be required to fully complete a Disclosure Certificate Application Form in order to complete their application. This will allow us to ensure that individuals who might be a risk to children and/or vulnerable adults are not appointed.

Scheduled Preparation course dates are as follows: -

Belfast October 2008 (PDF)* Venue in Belfast city centre to be confirmed.

Derry October 2008(PDF)* Venue will be PAC offices, 85 Clarendon Street, Derry.
